How to open *.PRNX file (save preview)? The question is closed!

There was a need to unload data from some program. But the developers put a regular stamp on the "Export" button. It's good that the print with a preview. In the preview, it was possible to save to a file of the only *.prnx format. I had to use it, since there was no PDF printer installed on the user's workstation, and the data should not be analyzed at the client.

For some reason, I was sure that this was some kind of standard format, but my Windows refused to understand “what is it?”. The client and my work systems are "windows 7".

Googling has shown that saving to *.prnx is the default for previews. But I have not yet found any mention of how to open it now. Can anyone suggest?

I'm fine with just playing the content on the screen as a picture, and then I'll recognize the content. Although, if the text document located there can be obtained as text, then it would be just super.

UPDATE. The issue was resolved. As it turns out, PRNX is a zip archive that stores data in XML format.
