Autocad prints white sheets if using scale - how to fix it?

Autocad prints white sheets if using scale - how to fix it? Autocad 2017 and this situation with any file. If you check the "Fit" checkbox, then the drawing is immediately visible in the preview and it is printed, but on the scale everything disappears somewhere.
