if you have the prospect of buying an apartment without a loan, then it’s easier to live in a rented apartment and put money on deposit. and you will always live within a five-minute walk from work.
When I went for interviews, most of the offices where I went: Chernaya Rechka, Gorkovskaya, Petrogradskaya, Lesnaya, Vyborgskaya, Chkalovskaya. So if you look at the map, it becomes clear that this is the north, but not the most extreme, which is Ozerki-Enlightenment-Parnassus, but that part of it that is closer to the center.
Therefore, it makes sense to take a closer look at the apartments near Petrogradskaya metro station, since it will be just in the center of this polygon. Do not focus on the metro lines, because the concentration is geographical, and not along the lines, many get there by land transport or by car.
In St. Petersburg, as in Moscow, there is no IT center. The same SberTech in the east, there are companies on Vasilyevsky, the north is developing and there are many office centers, the only place where it is not in the south. Look for somewhere more comfortable to live. Closer to the center - old houses, parking is harder, less green areas and apartments are more expensive.
I liked the orange branch :)
