Which CPU Pentium G4620 vs i3 7100 is better for multimedia build?

I'm building a PC for home use. In tasks, he will have VK + YouTube + Office.
At the moment I can not decide on the processor. There are two options that seem optimal to me personally: Intel Pentium G4620 and Intel i3 7100. There is only one significant difference between these stones, in my opinion : i3 supports AVX instructions, while G4620 does not.
I couldn't find information anywhere on the net about how much this affects work in everyday applications. I am wondering if I will see any difference between these stones when scrolling through the VK / FB feed or watching a YouTube video, for example?
Synthetic tests on CPUBoss and similar resources show a discrepancy of about 4-6% between stones in favor of the i3 7100, however, the G4620 costs a couple of thousand rubles less. Will VK/YouTube work faster on a stone with AVX, or in my case I shouldn't dwell on it at all?
