Which blogging platforms allow you to sort your posts not by publication date, but by last edited order?

We need a blogging platform or service in which the feed of posts can be ordered not chronologically, by publication date (as everywhere else), but by date of modification - so that old posts, when added, rise to the top of the feed.
This is how it was done on Zen, are there other options?
Ideally, the updated post should still go to RSS like a new one.
