An open CMS / blog / forum / other with such a calendar?

I'm trying to get rid of the burden of cycling and therefore I'm looking for a system with a calendar for the backend. It doesn't matter if it's built-in out of the box or through plugins. It is important that the calendar can:
- Work with both single and, more importantly, annual events (holidays, significant dates, etc.)
- Each event could have a title and description
- Each event could be associated with a logo image. Better if not one.
- Platform - PHP and, preferably, MySQL.
- Quality of the code, user interface - not critical
- Quality of the calendar admin panel - critical
- UTF-8 is implied.
So far I have seen a calendar in MyBB (does not know how to hold annual events) and several calendars in WordPress (extremely inconvenient admin panels, and I don’t really like the “everything in a bunch” storage format in the WP database).
Has anyone come across a decent solution that meets my needs?

Drupal, but you can't beat it right off the bat

Clarification if not clear from the context. The task is to put such a system with a calendar for official use as a backend, and display the data on your own.

In my opinion, it will be easier to write it yourself, or order it if you don’t have the time / ability to write it yourself.
Generating a calendar is a piece of cake, adding an event and displaying it on the calendar is also a piece of cake. In order not to bother with the interface, there is a bootstrap, and there are also templates for it ...

Status-X has a rather fancy calendar, I think. I really don't use it, because there are no projects where it is needed. The only negative is that the template will have to be completely done by yourself.
