Which bank will withdraw funds from PayPal the fastest?

Hello everyone, who has experience in the fastest withdrawal of funds from PayPal to a bank account in the Russian Federation? If there is a bank that consistently withdraws in a day or two, regardless of the day of the week and holidays, I would open an account there.
Alfa Bank won! Maximum 2 days.
If there are none at all, please advise a good way to receive money from foreign credit cards, so that the next day the maximum could be withdrawn, without opening a legal entity, a month ago I found a good system, with an office somewhere in the USA, including work with Russia, even the site was all in Russian and small commissions, but I completely forgot the name (
From personal experience ,

1. I regularly withdraw through Sberbank, on average, it takes about 3-4 working days.
   
2. I also tried it on Tinkoff and it turned out 6 days (although, to be honest, I thought that this bank should be quicker, it bypasses Sber in many ways)
   
3. Record: once via Sber it came in 2 working days
   

UPD: I tried it through Alfa Bank - on June 7 at 6 pm I transferred it, on the 9th at 6 pm I received it - two days, very much.
