Is there still documentation on IPN in Webmoney and Qiwi?

Payment to a store that accepts the IPN protocol, set up MoneyBookers, PayPal, Payza.
And sobsna speaking, the most popular - Webmoney does not give its documentation to any.
And is there support for IPN in such services as Interkassa, etc.?

There seems to be everything here that can fall under the category of IPN for WebMoney. Also, IPN is not a protocol. The very name IPN is a marketing trick from PayPal. In fact, this is just a set of endpoints for organizing two-way communication between the payment system and the store. The link I left above just describes how to organize such a connection.
In QIWI, everything is more complicated. There is no documentation for developers in the public domain on their website. There are ready-made solutions, from which it is possible to pick out something. Documentation on interaction protocols is located in your personal account in the “Methods of Connections” section - without registering as a payment receiver (an online store, or, in general, anyone who accepts payments via QIWI on their websites), you can’t pull it out. Also, there is a small article on Habré: habrahabr.ru/post/198668

Actually, almost all merchants have the same system.
