Paypal requested documents for 15 transactions, requires contracts, invoices and so on. Blocked the account before submitting the documents. Each transaction up to $200. Need help getting documents.

You need to explain to him what these transactions are.
If this is the provision of services, then you must provide a contract for the provision of services.
If this is a sale, then you need to show receipts or invoices. Etc.
If you do not have these documents, then you need to explain why they are not.
