Which 1155 motherboard to get for XEON 1270?

The essence of the problem, I started to study video, I am actively studying Adobe Premiere and there is not enough capacity of the old PC. I did not upgrade the hardware for a long time, the HP Pro 3500 Series MT model. I am limited in finances now and there is no desire to get a loan with outbid prices, so I plan to buy iron on Amazon with delivery to my country of residence.

What I want to buy for an upgrade within a tight budget:

But with the choice of mother 1155 I can’t decide which one to take to support 32 Gb RAM? Or can you tell me on which Xeon and mother it is better to assemble a computer, since you plan to switch to Adobe After Effects training?

You can look at the specifications of your motherboard. Gotta pull out the said xeon.
About RAM If the motherboard has 4 slots, you can put 8GB each. If you want to buy a server motherboard (most likely the chipset plays a role here), then you can put 16GB of server RAM.
If you have a 350 watt bp. and gives an honest 350 then you can leave. if you have noname bp. Then you will have to replace it.
