I recently asked for advice on choosing a monitor.
I listened to the opinion of advisers and bought a DELL U2713HM . The monitor seems to be normal but there is a problem.
It has a resolution of 2560x1440 in the specification, but I don’t have more than 1920x1080 (it’s not even anywhere in the settings). Looked like everything.
Win7 64, radeon 6850 graphics card connected by DVI cable.
What could be the problem?

DVI, if I'm not mistaken, has a maximum resolution of [email protected]
