Try Sleeptracker. As advised a little higher, this is an alarm clock taking into account “biorhythms”. The algorithm of its work is very simple. The theory is this: there are 2 vases of sleep - deep and fast. If you wake up in the deep phase, you will be sleepy, angry, and in general... If in the fast phase, you will wake up easily. The transition to the fast phase occurs when you are almost awake, and usually at this moment you toss and turn. It is this moment that the alarm clock catches with the help of the accelerometer - and starts ringing.
I bought myself one - yes, there is an effect, it is easier to get up, the main thing is not to be lazy. If you ignore it and give yourself the freedom to “lie down for another 5 minutes”, then most likely you will fall asleep again. But getting up at his call is much easier than "at the wrong time."
Disadvantages - the watch is quite expensive (I bought it on eBay for 130 bucks used), and quite large in size, at first it is unusual to sleep with them.
Another of the profits - there is a vibro, but rather weak. I don't wake up from vibration, but I think it's individual. The sound of the call is also not very loud, but enough for me.
If there is anything else that needs to be said, please ask.
Wife? Dog?
QR Alarm Clock - will ring until you scan several QR codes (in the bathroom, in the kitchen, etc.)
Recently, a review on Habré of an interesting alarm clock was - habrahabr.ru/company/masterkit/blog/132791/
I somehow set a ringtone on the alarm clock on my phone ... I was ready to kill the one who “called”, and it was an alarm clock, but then I developed immunity to this. Now it just lies further away (so that you have to crawl out of bed into cool air) and two alarm clocks with a difference of a couple of minutes (sometimes one turns off automatically by the body before you wake up).

As a sound, I can recommend some 8-bit trash at a good volume, for example SoulEye - Pushing onwards (PPPPPP- The VVVVVV Soundtrack) or something from Welle Erdball (although the neighbors may think that you were attacked by the Nazis). I currently have the same problem (3-4 hours of sleep per work day) as you and so far it helps a lot.
Set the alarm sound from the ringing of the phone, you jump up instantly :)
A friend of mine once made such an alarm clock:
A computer with an AMD processor is taken (then they happily overheated), the cooler is turned off on the processor, the BIOS is set to turn on at 6.30 for example, well, and some simple alarm clock at 6.25. If you wake up on time, you just connect the cooler and everything is fine, if you don’t wake up…
And if it’s on business, then you can’t wake up or you can’t get out of bed?
Amazon sells a lot of all sorts of alarm clocks that try to wake up at the right time (the right phase), people write well enough about them, maybe you need one too?

in order not to wake others, bought a watch with a vibro-alarm clock Delivery link
Are you sure you really need it? I only advise you not to jump up as soon as you wake up, because it is desirable to sleep for 8 hours of HONEST, not counting the time you fall asleep and lie in bed when you are no longer sleeping. And at the same time, use time trackers and make sure that healthy sleep improves productivity. The experience is mastered in his own skin, he himself is a fan of sleeping 4-6 hours.
play a tricky tune.
For example Stigmata - God forgive me.
You will have 10 seconds to wake up - if you don't have time, everyone will wake up.
Here the wife and child will only stimulate
