Change thermal paste, clean the radiator, install additional cooling - cooler

Let's start with the fact that how did you find out the temperature? By "put a finger" or the sensors showed. If the sensors, then they can sometimes lie.
And if overheating is felt with a finger, a more expensive breakdown is possible, which leads to a slight short circuit, not enough to shut everything down, but enough to overheat.
This is the worst outcome. In such events, you need to carry the computer for repair.
But there is good news, after removing the radiator (which is heated) if you see a dry, incomprehensible gray substance that is difficult to peel off, and if it is very dry, then you are a little lucky (perhaps). Just wipe off that "crap" and apply a new thermostat.
If the radiator allows, then you can screw on a small cooler that dissipates heat.
And in general, it would not hurt to clean the computer from dust, since overheating of the bridge cannot cause such terrible lags. I take it you never cleaned your computer? And opening the case with eyes like a cat under valerian, you think "This is what it is", if so then your poor computer;) Save it.
That's all I wanted to say. Thank you for your attention.

@ky0

It heats up from the current passing through it.
To the service center, but most likely they will not do anything productive even there.
