How to resolve an I/O error?

Good afternoon, the situation is this ..
There was a laptop, it had win8.1 under gpt. I flew off and installed win7 mbr, everything seems to be fine.
After starting the program, I got the following error:
229781bb69c54221bee5b12f24651778.pngdisk #0 reading. The request was not completed due to an I/O error on the device.
What could be the problem and where should I look for a solution?
Bios or hardware?
Some programs don't work like that, I can't activate win to update it..

Got up or worked for a while without problems?
What program?
Most likely, they installed a "crooked" assembly, not all or the wrong drivers.
The problem is in the software and drivers - reinstall Windu from a normal distribution, install the driver from the laptop manufacturer's website.
