Is it possible to remove the cooling of the power supply at low load?

There is a CODEGEN 300XA (300W) PSU and 2 Deepcool Xfan 120 fans that I connect to it using 2 molex, without a motherboard, naturally connecting power and ground on an ATX cable.
The problem is that the PSU cooler makes a lot of noise, the question is: is it possible to remove the PSU fan with such a load on the PSU (and this, according to the Deepcool website, 0.86W * 2 = 1.68W)? Will the PSU overheat or fail?

Buy a dumb passive 12V power supply. From routers, LED strips and other similar messes.

There are several solutions:
1) Replace the fan with silent, look in the shops for silent ones, plus put it on rubber bands
2) Put a resistor in the positive cable so that it gives out less revolutions
3) Throw the fan out completely, quietly, but it can overheat and solder off. You can’t guess here, I had one database for a year, then it just stopped working
. But I read the question again, you need a small amount of watts in general, the person above gave good advice. Just buy a 12 volt power supply

Indeed, why drive a 300W PSU for the sake of two coolers? It's like taking a Ferrari, driving around the yards at 20 km/h and complaining about increased fuel consumption :)
Buy a separate 12 volt PSU and that's it. If the toad strangles - buy at a flea market.
