Reminiscent of a control question about the material covered, given the recent appearance of fairly detailed articles on this topic recently.
I use long lamps, it may be difficult to find a decent lamp for it, but it is quite possible, including among Italian and other European manufacturers. To make it easier to search, look for the type of base G5 for relatively small lamps and G13 for normal-sized lamps. In the kit of a normal lamp, the electronics will be better, the cooling of this very electronics is more thoughtful, the lamps will cost less, there is more choice, and they will last longer. It is better to take lamps with a built-in reflector, they are not much more expensive, but they give noticeably more light, the directivity angle is about 60 degrees.

I see no reason to take LED - expensive yet (I haven’t seen good ones cheaper than 900r) - compared to CFL, it will pay off in about 20-30 years, compared to an incandescent lamp - after 10. CFL will pay off within 4 years.
In general, I recommend CFL, in particular - from Navigator.
I use halogen lamps. Like these:
In the opinion of my loved ones, the best quality light. Even better than incandescent bulbs.
