Where to start in 1C?

Hello!
Where to start mastering 1C Enterprise and in what direction is it moving?
At this stage, I have access to the ITS. Began to study: 1C: Enterprise 8.3. Practical developer guide.
Right start?
If anyone started from scratch, please share your experience.
I would like to know the main directions, stages. That is, after studying this book, there is an opportunity to Study Administration 1C in courses. Or study a specific configuration.
And where to start in Certification?

- First of all, I would recommend studying the 1C platform (basic objects, programming)
- Accounting is not necessary at all, you may never encounter it at all, like me for example
- It is useful to know administration at least to a minimum, at least that you yourself install the necessary software .
- Then there are two ways, you can either develop into self-written projects, then you don’t need to know typical configurations, but you need to be able to write competent code. Or focus on some configuration in demand and become a good specialist in it, and even with skills at the level of a shitcoder, this is forgiven. Ordinary small franchises still require you to know not one, but at least 2-3 configurations, but even if you own only one, you will be offered to study others. In large franchises, there are very narrow specialists, for example, only in production accounting, but they don’t become like that right from scratch, but grow up, and there are even literally age guys, and at first you need to work a lot on different fronts and constantly learn and pass on certificates.
Who gets tired and wants more money, then he leaves the franchise for a fix, i.e. in trade or production. Usually they are lured away based on the results of the implementation project, there are no problems with this. But there is a completely different atmosphere, someone may not like it and come back.
I did not consider any project managers, analysts, testers and other professions that are also in demand in the 1C world, because. there are more universal requirements.
