Why hangs 1s in the terminal?

For some users, sometimes 1s freezes, and tightly.
They work in the terminal on win2008 r2.
The hang occurs for an arbitrary user.
At the same time, on the terminal itself, resources are free foolishly, both in terms of RAM and processor, and there are also no problems with resources on the server on which 1c + MS SQL is running.
If you complete the process 1s on the terminal - then it starts and works fine.
Interestingly, if you disconnect and connect to the terminal - 1s hangs.
What could be the problem and what are the ways to solve it?

Perhaps, in 1s a model window opens, which "goes back" and which is very difficult to access in a standard Windows terminal :(

He often hangs. Access is difficult. If you want to figure it out, I recommend using 1c professionals here . At work, we were tinkering with him so much, as a result, we had to call the master and pay a lot of money.

Testing and fixing tried in the configurator? But it's easier to use implica.ru/consulting-1s service
