How to connect to 1C server in docker container?

I ran into a problem connecting to the 1C server, which is running in a docker container based on linux ubuntu 14.04. The server itself is installed and running, this can be checked with the ps -eax | grep v8, but when I try to open it through the cluster console (on windows 10), I get an error: "error determining if the client and server processes belong to the same computer". On the Internet, everyone writes that you need to write the server address in the hosts file on the client and then the error will go away, but in this case it does not help. I tried to register all possible combinations of ip + name in hosts, it did not work. Please help, I really want to learn this technology.
Version 1C - 8.3.10.2505, Windows 10, Docker 17.06.0-ce-win19(12801), Ubuntu 14.04.
I base my assembly on the dockerfile from temrdm:https://github.com/temrdm/1c_server
