Mat. board + processor + memory from Aliexpress for 1C?

Does it make sense in 2020 to take a set of motherboard, CPU, memory, like this: bit.ly/37jq2Vx to use as a server for 1s?
1c - regular bookkeeping for 15 people, most likely the database will be a file one, but translation into SQL is also possible.
64 GB should be enough for a couple of VMs, plus several small VMs with all sorts of small services, such as jabber, file storage, etc.
How much server processors with ECC memory from past years can be in demand at present?

Firstly, 1C implies payment from the organization's account, how do you do it?
The second known buggy BIOS of these boards.
Third, buy a normal server with all the goodies.
Here is an example

For you, even in excess, install E5-2680 v2 and you won't know grief.

Fighting server in Chinese gogne? Seriously? You should never, under any circumstances, even come close to the server room. And all the eggs in one basket, keep it up.

With the advent of multi-core rizens, such Chinese assemblies have become less attractive.
It only makes sense if there is a real need for the maximum number of cores for a minimum of money.
For 1s, it’s better to chase the frequency, not the cores.
