Which video card to take so that the monitor gives out at 4k resolution 60Hz? What to take an uninterruptible?
I took a computer for myself.
I was far behind modern technologies and did not take into account that the vidyushka was the last century =)
And I ordered a monitor for myself Viewsonic XG2700-4K
And as I understand it, my vidyushka will only pull 30Hz at 4k.
1. Tell me which vidyuhi to replace? Will a GTX 1060 work like this? And you only need to connect via hdmi 2.0b?
2. Tell me which uninterruptible power supply to buy for this hardware so that at least 15-20 minutes is enough. (not for games and movies)
Will this work?

BP is on the brink! With a serious load, the risk of overloading the PSU is high, and after several years of operation, the probability will increase even more. You need at least 600-700 watts (the power margin for a PSU is very important at ~ 15%). And overloading the PSU leads to a faster failure of it, as well as to the supply voltage exceeding the established limits for the rest of the pieces of iron, which will negatively affect them, up to failure (the HDD is especially sensitive to this). Well, plus of course instability, reboots and more.
The monitor must be connected via the display port. But the video card must be taken from AMD - the thing is that this monitor supports AMD FreeSync and, accordingly, the video card must also be taken from AMD. The best option for today is the AMD Radeon RX 480.
In addition, the time of purchase was chosen a little unfortunate - after NG, AMD is scheduled to release new processors, so it would make sense to wait.
And as already said earlier: it would be nice to install an SSD. The best option for today: Samsung 950 pro M.2
UPD2:
This ISP will not work, you need at least 1500, and preferably 2000 VA (PC 700 watts + monitor ~ 200 watts). The power reserve should be 20%.
It will work, but will not reveal the full potential of the monitor (see VoidVolker 's answer )
ps buy an additional ssd
1. 60Hz is not limited by your video, but by the connection interface. You need either HDMI 2.0 or higher DP 1.2 or higher. Just for hertz - any with these outputs will do.
2. About the uninterruptible power supply. The efficiency of your power supply is of course fig. But with the chosen model, of course, it will last 15-20 minutes if without much load
