Filling a row automatically if there is only one value in the dropdown list?

In the Tabular part, I have a column that refers to the enumeration, the enumeration stores 10 values, but I made it so that when you click on the column, a list with only one element from the enumeration drops out, how to make it so that if the value is in the drop-down list only one, then it was filled immediately, so that you didn’t even need to click on the line, as soon as I filled out the previous line and the focus moved to the next one, it filled in automatically.

Fill in the OnStartEdit event handler. Best only when adding a new line.
