Can't connect to database 1s?

In the office, 2 computers were transferred from one to the office to another, connected to the network, there is only one local network in the office, computers on the network are all visible, the 1c base is on the computer of the chief accountant, on these two computers, when connected to the 1c base, it loads for a long time and does not connect . The path is correct, the network is working, what is the reason? After all, they simply disconnected it from the network for a while and connected it again, though with other patch cords, but the essence of this should not change.

If they turned it off while someone was working in the database, it might be interesting. I so understand, what base file? Then an exclusive copy of the folder with the database, then have fun on it already - clean up the extra files in the folder, drive the T&I out of the configurator, set chdbfl on it

Check the firewall on the chief accountant's computer. Most likely, there was permission to enter specific IP addresses, and after the redevelopment of your locale, the addresses changed.
