Where to order the manufacture of aluminum composite parts?

Good afternoon
I'm starting to assemble the next FDM 3D printer and the question arose about the manufacture of the frame (aka the body)
The design is designed for parts with a thickness of 6mm. It is not an option to redo the drawings for a different thickness.
Ideally, it is made of aluminum, but it is very expensive and not justified
. An idea appeared to use an aluminum composite. But here is the problem - in China you can buy sheets of this thickness, but there are large volumes, it does not suit me. On Russian sites there is information that almost everyone produces such a thickness, but when it comes to ordering, it turns out that everyone has a maximum of 4mm.
First of all, the options for workshops or factories are interesting, where they will cut out all the details for me and send them to my city (do not buy a huge sheet, which then still needs to be cut somehow)
Otherwise, perhaps someone knows other suitable sheet materials with similar characteristics that are easier to "get"?
PS The original design of the printer involves the use of sanded plywood or MDF, but both options are extremely uninteresting to me due to hygroscopicity and fire hazard

There are probably no good options other than sheet aluminum and composite panels. You can use plexiglass or polycarbonate, but they are also combustible and also fragile.
Personally, if I were you, I would leave plywood covered with bio-fire protection for wood. Or it is necessary to move from a panel structure to a frame one.

aluminum composite?

What is this animal?
Nonsense, structural aluminum is not exactly cheap, but there are different price categories and it is fully justified.
Acrylic, plexiglass (plex), HDF (High Density Finely Dispersed Board) Yes, even aircraft or shipbuilding plywood.
That is, spending 150 rubles on treatment with an antiseptic and a fire retardant, and then varnishing another 100 rubles is not an option?
