Blue screen in games (not all) due to SSD?

SSD 2 years. Often the computer crashes with a blue screen during the game (only in some games). BDOSa errors are always different, having gone on a spree, there are always a bunch of options with which there may be problems, hard disk, RAM, ssd, Windows and something else

108 terabytes of records (by the way, why only 16 TB of reads) - it's not just
consumer ssds that are usually limited to hundreds of terabytes

Most likely memory - RAM or video memory. There may be a lack of video card cooling. And the data must be backed up, otherwise the disk will die and that's it.
