Weird problem, can't connect to the internet?

Guys I don't know what to do anymore. I turned on the computer and try to connect to the Internet, when connecting, it says [Remote connection could not be established because the server name could not be resolved]. I have already transferred the drivers, and reinstalled windows, and restarted DNS, nothing helps. Only wi-fi works, l2tp connection protocol

the error "failed to resolve the server name" may be due to the fact that the l2tp connection parameters contain the name where to connect.
Try replacing it with an ip address, having previously learned it from technical support.
Well, this problem usually stems from incorrectly specified dns servers in the network connection parameters: you need servers that are available over the provider's network.
But this is vanging, according to old memory, as it was organized by one of my previous home Internet providers.
