Where to make cloud Windows for Photoshop?

Hello. Circumstances have developed that I need to leave home for a couple of months, but I need to continue working, but I do not have a normal laptop. There is only the old one, but it is not enough to work in Photoshop. I was told that I can use cloud services, where I will have a virtual desktop and I can work on a weak PC. So I decided to take my ancient laptop, connect it to the monitor and connect to this cloud service.
I understand that this is called VPS (but I'm not sure). But through the search, I can not find anything that would suit me.

I need:
- windows
- so that there is a video card (I don't need powerful ones, like Tesla). The very bottom 1030 will be enough.
- hourly pay (optional)
- the server was located in the Russian Federation

Please advise such a service.

I have never experienced this, so I don't know how it will work at all.

Hello.
In your case, we recommend the following options:
Option number 1 - Remote connection to your work PC through any term (even a laptop).
Free, connection setup is not difficult/medium.
To implement:
1. On a working PC, "enable RDP connection for the user" (in quotation marks I wrote a Google query, select a convenient instruction and follow it).
2. If your router separates the network into public and private, forward port 3389 - "How to ask port 3389." (in quotes I wrote a Google query, select a convenient instruction and follow it).
If it doesn't work, contact your local admin with a request to forward ports.
3. Then you can connect from the laptop to your PC. The main part of the load in Photoshop will be taken over by the PC.
Option #2 - Remote connection to your work PC via teamviewer.
Free / paid, connection setup is easy, not reliable.
To implement:
1. Install teamviewer on PC and laptop.
2. Set a password for teamviewer on your work PC and write it down. Settings -> Security -> password.
3. You will be able to connect to PC via laptop using teamviewer.
* There may be problems with monitor resolutions (the laptop and the PC will have different ones, you may need additional settings)
Both in the first and in the second case there is a nuance.
If the PC freezes or shuts down/restarts, you may lose access to the PC.
Make sure that friends have access to a working PC to restore performance.
Threat
A server where you can do work in photoshop can cost a pretty penny for 3 months.
In this case, you can consider investing the same money in a used laptop or even rent it from friends.
We wish you success!
