Can the WSL console be used in conjunction with openserver?

Good day! I use openserver for local development. I decided to explore the possibilities of WSL (installed Ubuntu) with the possibility of further leaving openserver. So far, I'm digging into the WSL console and trying to run composer through it. But it is not installed globally, I use it as the openserver module. I want to know if it is possible to use composer as openserver module in WSL console? In the system variable, I registered the paths to php

C:\openserver\OpenServer\modules\php\PHP_7.2-x64\php.exe

and to composer

C:\openserver\OpenServer\modules\php\PHP_7.2-x64\composer.bat

, but there is no access to them through the WSL console. I have not worked with the Linux console yet, do not judge strictly.
