Autologin windows 2008?

I have a host machine on gentoo linux with xen virtualization. the machine itself is a kind of home combine for me and for several neighbors - a router, a file server, an application server, a media server, a wifi access point.
On the host machine there is a virtual machine with windows 2008, which is a file server, a terminal server and an application server. it runs several utorrent instances for different users - it’s more convenient, because I'm not alone in using torrents, and it's more convenient when everyone has their own utorrent.
I really want that after restarting the OS, automatic login to user sessions is performed - utorrent is already registered in autorun there.
the standard autologin method is not suitable, because allows you to solve the problem for only one user.
The option of running a script from Windows, which itself launches user sessions, would be suitable - but how can this be done?
Options are being considered - from the win OS itself and from Linux by any means.

Mmm... is a login required?
I would look towards either the Task Scheduler or running utorrent as a service. The Task Scheduler in Windows 7/2008 is very powerful. There is an option to execute the task regardless of user registration.
The possibilities of starting services are also very wide. In particular the command sc /? returns that the "start" service parameter can be boot, system, auto, demand, disabled, or delayed-auto.

At one time, I raised a similar question, and then they couldn’t come up with anything other than “raising terminal sessions in turn in the batch file and auto-nailing them after a couple of seconds”.

If you are familiar with programming under WinAPI, you can dig in the direction of Window Station and Desktop Functions
