Where to look for a frontend colleague-partner for remote work?

Unsuccessfully trying to find a frontend colleague to collaborate on private projects. The work is remote, paid, stable, but through sites like FL there are people who are not interested in this type of work. They need a clear task, deadline and cost, which in my case is not very suitable.
those. often there is a common understanding of what needs to be obtained in the end and I want to hear suggestions from a person how it can be beautifully, conveniently, functionally implemented and directly implemented ideas. There are no clear layouts, no boring technical specifications, no boss hanging in the chat and counting the minutes for which he pays. Just casual work for a couple of hours a day and getting high from what you do.
I tried to post on hh.ru, but I'm not a company, not a business, and I couldn't get through the entire bureaucracy of the service. I searched for friends and acquaintances, but also unsuccessfully, no one is interested in this format. Appealed to the owners of specialized publics in social networks and also unsuccessfully. For placing an ad, prices break from 5 thousand rubles, which is a little expensive .. this is not advertising (the price tag is completely justified for advertising).
How do you look for like-minded people in your projects? It is like-minded people, and not the "boss-subordinate" model. I don't want to follow a person with a stick/timer..
Maybe there are some services? Do not go to Avito with such searches, a completely non-core resource ..

How do you look for like-minded people in your projects?

You can put the project in open source. If the project is interesting, like-minded people will find you themselves.
