Male programmers in HR. There are such?

Hello! I wanted to ask if there are programmers who have decided to start recruiting in IT? And have you met HR men along the way? I would like to hear your stories. Recently, I often find myself thinking that I would like to try myself in recruiting.

Hi, I used to work in HR. This is how he started his career in IT. Then programming sucked :) But I will say this. HR, personally, worked for us at most 3 hours a day - this is scrolling HH, reading a resume, writing a letter. Then there are interviews: Here you can get stuck for a long time, 30-40 minutes. The first interviews that I conducted were hell, you don’t know what to ask, questions on a piece of paper and so on. After I already worked as a programmer, and having experience, I understand that I could conduct cool and full-fledged social services, where you know what you are talking about and the candidate will also be happy to chat and tell a knowledgeable person about his background.
Our HRs, after I left that department, taught frameworks (names only), languages (names only) and various abstract things that they had no idea about. When I changed jobs, I still doubted whether to leave or not, but when the chief HR wrote a post on his instagram that programmers are doing magic and I appreciate them for it. I realized it was time to get out of there. Now there (70% of juniors) are recruiting, but everyone is happy as a young and friendly team with smoothies.
All problems would be solved by one very competent HR with programming experience. BUT! HRs are responsible for corporate parties, birthdays and other crap. So it is quite possible, and if you want to try it!
