How to effectively promote a conversion program for specialists from another stack?
I would like to start an initiative to find employees from other stacks and convert to our stack.
Ideal - to find a middle senior from another stack, offer a transition to our stack, with a non-critical drawdown of money. And then count on the rapid growth in our stack, and the corresponding update of the salary.
For example, the PHP market is shrinking, more and more people are thinking about moving somewhere.
