Please advise an HR system that can implement the following functionality:
- Integration with AD
- Integration with 1C:ZUP - Integration
with ACS-Sphinx creating an account (in the application - his personal data, position, photo - all the data that must be entered into the account attributes, which in turn are entered by OK employees during the device). - Application for a pass at the pass office. Should come only after signing the employment contract and the order of admission. Data - full name, department, position, photo, etc.
Accordingly, if an employee leaves OK, both the account and the pass are blocked.
Integration is quite complicated - this is understandable, so the decision should be serious.
Advise?
Or can it be done only with FIM?
