Copying AD users to contacts, how to implement?

Good day!
There are: AD with departments and users with fields filled in, like mail, full name, etc.
Required: create a list of contacts on the same AD , avoiding copy-paste to add to Outlook.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in simple way, I only read about import and export, but there is no specific and accurate manual, on the support site they write that there is no such option at all.
Is it possible to implement this without much shamanism?

And why do you need an account clone, only with the "Contact" type? For what purposes would you like to use them? You can simply connect them via LDAP and it will be the same as with contacts.
