Why is AD very slow in Parallels?

Rolled Server 2016 on Parallels, deployed AD to perform tasks from the university. It is simply impossible to work, the banal creation of a unit takes 2 minutes. Group Policy also takes a very long time to think. The server itself is working fine, but AD-related things are impossible to slow down. What can be wrong? Assigned HDD 100Gb not dynamic, 6 cores, 5GB, grid as a separate adapter.

One possible option is DNS. Check who is registered as the primary DNS on the network adapter. Well, test the DNS server itself.
