How to create shortcuts for domain users?

Good day!
Is available Windows Server 2008 R2 - the domain controller, on it to lift AD.
When adding a PC to a domain, a shortcut is created on the desktop to connect to the server via RDP. I would like to change it, since it works a little crookedly and create my own.
And I would also like to add a network drive to us when entering the domain, it seems to be added through AD, but this is not accurate)
Tell me how to implement this.
UPD 1
As a result, it turned out that the backup AD server had the role to manage the GPU, but still I didn’t find it in the settings policies for the shortcut. Is there a way to find out where this procedure is prescribed (to create an RDP connection)?

Network drive "pick up" group policies , work with shortcuts . As you read, you will understand which side to dig!
