Where to find freelancers from India?

I heard that labor is cheap in India. There is a lot of simple routine work associated with the processing of graphic images using a computer, which I would like to put into the hands of neat Indians who are ready to do this work for a relatively small (by our standards) fee.
I would be grateful to the community for links to some freelance exchanges from India or something similar, where you can post work or find performers.

doesn't have smart exchanges in india, as most customers are from the usa, europe and australia.

There are a lot of people from India on odesk. Just write the price in the ad itself.
