Should a freelancer make changes to the site after submitting the layout?
Thank you for taking the plunge, let's get to the bottom of the issue. I ask for feedback. On my actions in the current work. One studio, which does not have its own layout designer, was required in my services. Naturally, I took a couple of projects from them and completed them completely. Some time later, I was strongly asked to make edits. Or rather.
1. I used plugins that are not suitable for the backend. Please remove those and retype.
2. After stretching on the backing and filling it with information, the layout floated.
Regarding tz. It was only indicated where the modal should be and which carousel was spinning.
No plugins were specified and the fields in which information will be added too.
Should I make these edits? I am a freelancer, roughly freelancing.
Can the approach of the project be considered unprofessional? Or is it my fault?

If it takes a couple of hours of work - finish it, the reputation is more expensive.
But, most likely, they have some crooked backers. They pulled it crookedly, it is not clear why front-end plugins “do not fit” them, which they should not give a damn about at all.
Another option is a jamb of management, there was no connection between the beks and you, they did something that doesn’t fit and no one is going to do it.
1. more specifically?
2. your fault
Not a studio, but a sharashka. The fault of the studio in the incomplete TK.
On the first point, maybe something doesn’t work out for them and they decided to merge on you, although maybe your cant is here.
Making edits after a while is normal if the jamb is yours.
With constant cooperation - of course.
It is in your own interests and pays off on new orders.
By the word "layout floated" - this is your jambs.
