Is there a safe amount to accept payments into a personal PayPal account?

I work from Russia with a customer from the states directly. He cannot replenish Payoneer, because. minor.
I have a verified personal PayPal account. Tell me, what amounts are not dangerous to drive through a stick with subsequent withdrawal to a bank account? I heard about cases of blocking accounts if money comes, for example, for paying for services. So far, it is planned to receive up to $1000-2000 per month, up to $500 one-time, withdraw up to 15000 rubles. at a time.
Soon there will be an individual entrepreneur with a calculator, in the future he is ready to receive payments to a business account, losing about 15% (4.4% commission for a payment, ~ 4% for an unfavorable exchange rate, 6% taxes). But for now, I would like to receive the first payments to a personal account.

Paypal does not ban your 2000 dollars in the rush,
the maximum will ask for verification through the euroset, it costs a hundred rubles in my opinion.
it is better to send 200-300 dollars with breaks a day.

I read it recently, www.banki.ru/news/lenta/?id=8923694
Most likely, anyway, soon, something will be done so that balance reports will be received by the Federal Tax Service.
Although the stick is foreign, they have a branch of LLC Subsidiary Bank in Russia - if I'm not mistaken.
Those. still works according to Russian laws.
