Should a novice freelancer offer his services to several customers at once (5-10)?
After all, the chance to get a task increases significantly, but there is a chance that you will be taken to more than one project (I know this is rare) and then what to do if time is limited.

Offer clearly.
Offering does not mean that you are already committed to doing the work.
If there is not enough time for everyone, then just refuse and that's it. Say that you are currently busy with another project. Absolutely normal practice for working people.
