Hello! When creating an agency for my small company from an absolutely clean account, I ran into the problem of adding the Billing method, writes that with Paypal, that when adding a debit card from the Polish bank Milenium, that the transaction cannot be a process, I’m not even so much a solution to the problem as what is its essence in general I want to know. So there are some technical problems with the withdrawal of money to this bank.
For example, some Russian banks cannot be withdrawn because they are under sanctions.
