How to switch to contractual relations with customers?
Hello!
I am a freelancer and I want to switch to contractual relations with new customers. Share your experience on how to do this for a beginner in the least painless way? Questions that concern me the most:
1. What is the best legal form to choose? I am mainly engaged in the development and configuration for various systems such as 1C-ki and evaluate my work in hours.
2. Where can I get an example of a standard contract for dopilka / system settings or hourly?
3. What does a customer iteration look like? Signed the contract, completed the work, signed the certificate of completion, issued an invoice, they paid and that's it? Or am I totally off topic?
PS: Of course, I plan to outsource accounting, but I would like to have an idea about the full cycle of workflow.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

1) You open an individual entrepreneur, buy a patent for your activity: you just need to keep a book of income, pay a patent once (12-60k depending on the region, it can be paid in one or three installments), at the end of the year pay 26k to the Pension Fund and for CHI 5k, as well as extend the patent (with the same payment). No need to count anything, hire accountants, etc.
It’s better to read about the patent, I briefly told, I omitted some insignificant information.
2) Pay a lawyer 500 rubles and he will draw up a contract for you and your tasks. You can find it directly in Google, I was looking for a lawyer.
3) Approximately so it is. Well, there are still courts.
