How to deal with a customer on upwork.com?

Good day.
Started working on upwork.com with a client. The first order (test) with him did well, without any problems on his part. He suggested the second one. But it has already begun. A bunch of requests to fix or add functionality that is not in the specification. And because the customer is from the USA, it turns out that we write to him once a day and this whole epic has stretched out for almost 3 weeks. Today he again asks to redo the code in a new way (in the original version and in the ajax specification, requests went to the test server, now he is asking to redo it to his own). How to culturally send him to hell? Can he ruin my rating? Or can I file a complaint through the website? This is only the 3rd order for me, 2 before that were with a perfect rating.
Thanks for the help!

sorry for the off, but

in the original version and in TK ajax requests went to the test server, now he asks to redo it to his own
should be corrected by the 1st line of the config, no?

Are you paid by the hour? If so, what difference does it make, do it while it pays.
If fix price, then it is necessary to negotiate. Explain clearly to him your position - alterations should be paid.
If he starts blackmailing you with a bad review, file a complaint against him. All conversations are conducted through the internal chat.

You need to smoothly explain that this was not in the TK and causes you discomfort. Politely ask to explain why the previous code was not accepted and why you have to do the new one. This will require resources and time, so ask for a budget increase.

If the customer pays for everything, why whine?
