Is it worth taking a small, in terms of time and payment, work on freelance exchanges?

1) Is it worth it to increase the number of reviews?
2) In the future, customers will not be scared off by the price of 10-20 dollars for freelance work?
3) Is it worth it if there is no other work yet?

And what's wrong with tasks with a small budget? Why are you ashamed of them? This is a double-edged sword.
There are no other tasks and there is enough money and experience - do not do it, go for a walk.
You need money and little experience - do any tasks available.
Too cool for small tasks - don't do it, wait for a big customer with a cool project.
Do not like to sit idle - do any tasks, this is experience, income and at least some occupation.
Reviews are very important for some clients - more reviews will be a plus when choosing.
Some customers don't care about reviews - the number of reviews doesn't matter.
You need reviews - take on everything for them.
You don’t need reviews and like to do only what you like – don’t take on everything.
Everything is simple =)
PS I'm not shy about taking an order even for 500 rubles.

I consider a freelancer hardened if he has 25+ reviews and very hardened if he has 100+
But I work with people without reviews and with less than 5 reviews and with negative ones. Of course, in this case, a large project is divided into parts and carefully controlled (although, as practice shows, just with seasoned freelancers, you need more control than with beginners).
I don’t read other people’s reviews, I don’t look at prices, I pay attention to attentiveness, rational offers from a freelancer and his communication.

If less than $ 10, then they will scare you away!

If there are many small projects for $10 - $30 in the reviews, and one or two for $100+, this can scare away a customer with a large project, and affect how much he will be willing to pay you. I think that a couple of $100+ projects will look more attractive
