Freelancing and taxes. How to work without breaking?

Good afternoon. Help with tax issues.
Let's imagine a situation. The person works like a freelancer. Receives heterogeneous orders in the field of the web (programming, administration, consultations, ...) from various customers (individuals, companies, from the Russian Federation and abroad). Orders, as a rule, are short and some contracts, or something like that, are not concluded, payment is made in all possible ways (cash, webmoney, poison, to a bank account).
It is planned to issue an individual entrepreneur and questions arise:
1. Is it possible to work without concluding any contracts and at the same time pay taxes?
2. Is it possible to receive payment in various ways, shouldn't all income go to 1 official current account?

1. Without contracts - it is possible, without tax reporting documents - it is impossible.
As an option: with clients from the Russian Federation on invoices + invoice or act. At least make an offer contract for standard services. With clients outside the Russian Federation - that's the trouble, as currency control is connected.
2. The law does not limit the number and type of ruble current accounts. But with currency in other jurisdictions - there are already subtleties.
dimonchik2013 - cash discipline to the number of accounts - well, not at all.
In principle, it is possible to build an absolutely transparent and clean scheme of work from the point of view of Russian laws. But no amount of your individual activity will pull the expenditure of time, money and effort.

1) no
, and this is the main reason why Pioneer and other cards are used
2) optional, see cash discipline

Transferring all income to the IP account is just convenient, but not necessary. Convenient - because for the formation of tax reporting - you can generate everything from one current account. Optional - because you can, as an individual entrepreneur, even trade on the street and take cash. In general, you can pay in any way.
It’s convenient for me to freelance to always have contracts + always make bank transfer payments to the bank. If rubles - to a current account, if currency - through a transit account with the passage of a currency control procedure and subsequent transfer to a ruble with conversion. But it's so convenient for me.

  1. You can make an invoice-agreement, where you briefly describe the rights and obligations of both yourself and the customer. It will also say that payment on this account will mean that the customer has accepted all the work. It is enough to make 1 template of a standard invoice-agreement and use it all the time. Here a person posted an example of his account-agreement: Cancellation of banking secrecy: to open an IP or not? And what are the features of working in the white with foreign clients? For really large projects, it is already possible and necessary to make a separate detailed contract, but banks now help with all the necessary documents (point and module bank - for sure), so do not think that this is something hyper-complex and no one will help you except you.
  2. Get paid as you like, just withdraw the received money to your account. There are various services that provide payment acceptance services for legal entities. You simply enter into an agreement with this service, and when you withdraw money to the account, this agreement and the history of transactions from your personal account (screenshot, pdf or whatever your bank will ask for) will be the primary documents justifying this money. The same paypal allows you to register a business account in addition to a personal account. There you upload documents that you are an individual entrepreneur, conclude an agreement with paypal and calmly accept payments. I think that webmoney and Yandex money have similar services. The only thing that is more difficult with cash is that you have to have a cash register.
