What payment system to choose for freelancing abroad?

Hello!
Advise which payment system is better to choose for freelancing abroad!?
For example, on upwork, shutterstock and similar freelance sites and photo stocks?
What is the best way to withdraw (relevant for Ukraine)? Link directly to the card? Or look for people who will withdraw for a percentage?
PayPal? payoneer? Skrill? Other?
Share information.
Thank you!

I ordered Payoneer for myself (I am from Odessa), I consider it the most adequate for Upwork.
I tried both SKRILL + Private and Swift + Private, in the latter version - not profitable for small amounts (<$250).
If you want to receive dollars in your hands, then Skrill + dollar private bank: money from skrill will go for 5 days, then you withdraw dollars at the cash desk.
Money comes to Payoneer within 2 hours. You withdraw only hryvnias from ATMs (I didn’t try to withdraw dollars at the cash desk, I don’t know). For example, wherever you can pay with a card - I use a card, I need cash - go to the ATM ..

Payoneer. Money is simply withdrawn in dollars and immediately put on your card.
As a backup (it is necessary!) I use Skrill.
PayPal is unsuitable for withdrawal: too high percentage and mandatory double conversion.

At the moment, Skrill->PrivatBank Card is the most profitable option. The second is direct Swift to the dollar account.

It is logical to choose a system that is convenient for you; everyone has different tastes and needs
