Is it possible to find freelance jobs related to SQL development without procedural languages?

I would like to freelance.
The main work is there, but the tasks are rarely interesting.
Experience in IT 2.5 years.
A year of which was engaged in analytics and report development at DWH.
There is a basic SQL-EX resource certificate.

Actually a subject.

Freelancing is definitely not. I do not know who will entrust their bases to someone unfamiliar.
Only if you get a job in a company that will agree that you will work remotely.
If only in a large company that is engaged in freelancing. But this is essentially again a company that agrees to work remotely.
I know a case when just such a developer of reports and analytical activities was allowed by a well-known bank to work at home. But he worked in the bank for about 5 years. And he performed very well. And when it was necessary to leave for family reasons in another city, the bank decided to offer him to work remotely.
