Recommend a resource where you could find a startup or some kind of open source project that is looking for young front-end developers. Preferably the city of Kyiv. Money is not important, as my goal is to gain experience, not to make money on it.

The reason is simple - the presence of an inflated ego , self-confidenceand lack of important experience in complex developments. This leads to checking and correcting errors, and as a result, the time and administrative costs of several highly qualified specialists. Considered more than once, it turns out up to 5 times more expensive. Realistically, it's the same in any business. You recruit sales managers for 2 kopecks and imagining that you motivate them by working for%, you wonder why they don’t sell and why the turnover? Therefore, we work only with professionals and masters of their craft.
