How to assemble a team of enthusiastic developers to implement the project?

An ancient problem.
There is an idea - there are no proper skills and level in the development issue.
How to find a competent, reliable programmer, designer, coder who is ready to engage in the implementation of the project on a voluntary basis and with enthusiasm at the stage of the project's formation?
How to protect an idea from throwing? And then as it happens, he told the idea, but it was stolen and implemented. I don't like this arrangement.
In a nutshell, social network with a large target audience.

This is probably such a disease (thought up, spiz ... whether) is called,
Directly contagious, and in different directions, not only do freelancers do not trust customers, and vice versa, a large-scale outing of law enforcement agencies is being prepared for the start of apers of all stripes with the aim of raider capturing their idea and mocking the body of a startup. :) How to protect yourself from a raider seizure of a resource?
It is necessary to stir up a poll, from whom the idea was really stolen and this idea became a really large-scale project.
Dear MobileUnlocker please look at this link maybe it will shed some light on your problem, How to establish a relationship between a customer and a freelance programmer?
My opinion, for the most part, people are honest and you don’t have to be afraid that someone will steal your idea, otherwise they’ll definitely steal it if people agree to take part in your project, moreover, on a voluntary basis, where they have a guarantee that you will wake them up remember when your project becomes famous, or if the project fails, then what, you understand they must believe in your project as well as you, that it will be successful, and this is not easy to believe. and do not forget what exactly you have on the toaster, or rather (there was a chance) to meet serious guys in the areas you need, I think you understand why I noted that (was). But I really hope that you can still fix it :) good luck to you

If it's a garage startup, go to hackathons or any "summer schools" on programming with your project. Part of the functionality will be written as part of the event, maybe because someone will stay with you

The age-old problem is actually that you want (A) competent and (B) reliable specialists (who at the same time (C) will not steal your idea), but do not want to pay them anything.
Such projects have the same result: when faced with the realities of the red ocean (and you are trying to play according to the strategy of the red ocean, because social networks are a long-established market), the moneyless idea generator simply jumps off, leaving with nothing those who are in the sweat of their brows worked on the project day and night. You do not risk anything - after all, you do not spend a penny on these specialists. You have some basic income, and you spend a minimum of time directing everything. And these specialists, while they implement your ideas, have no income. And they run the risk of being left without money for their work.
You just probably don't think that these programmers, designers and layout designers need to eat, feed their families, pay for utilities and the Internet.
