Hello. There is a mobile application that cannot be advertised using the standard methods of advertising networks (VK, adwords, etc.), because it indirectly violates the rules of Google Play (in no way malicious, it's just not welcome in these grids). The application is in the GP, advertised mainly through posts in VK groups, bypassing the exchange.
Now I really want to advertise it in the US and Europe, but how? Offer networks are not suitable, because we need users who are interested in the application, and not just mass installs. Audience - 13-19 years old, android. I would be very grateful for the information.
